2026 Topps Chrome Baseball Gets a Fanatics Fest Exclusive

Topps has announced a Cactus Jack-themed version of 2026 Topps Chrome Baseball that will be sold as a Fanatics Fest exclusive. The release follows earlier Cactus Jack Chrome products in basketball and WWE, but this marks the first baseball edition of the concept.

The announcement has already generated strong interest among collectors because it combines the familiar appeal of Topps Chrome with a special event-only format. For hobbyists attending Fanatics Fest, it adds another exclusive product to the show floor and gives baseball collectors a new twist on a popular Chrome brand.

What Is in the Box

At the time of writing, boxes are scheduled to contain two packs with four cards per pack, for a total of eight cards per box. Topps says collectors can expect two numbered parallels and one autograph per box on average.

The box price is set at $600.

As with other Chrome releases, the appeal comes from the mix of base cards, color, and signed content, but the Cactus Jack branding gives this edition a distinct look and event-specific identity.

Base Set and Early Checklist Details

The base set is limited to 50 players. A full checklist has not yet been released, but Topps has indicated that some of the biggest names in the game should be included.

Preview images shared by Topps confirm that Jacob Misiorowski has a rookie card in the set. The previews also show that several notable players have signed for the product, including Aaron Judge, Derek Jeter, and Paul Skenes.

Additional names have not yet been revealed, so collectors will have to wait for more checklist information as Fanatics Fest approaches.

Why This Release Is Drawing Attention

Cactus Jack Chrome releases have already built a following in other sports, and the move to baseball adds a new layer of interest. The format is familiar enough to appeal to Chrome collectors, but the event-exclusive nature and themed presentation make it stand out from a standard release.

Because the product is tied to Fanatics Fest, availability will be limited from the start. That scarcity, combined with the small base set and the presence of high-profile signers, is likely to keep demand high both at the event and on the secondary market.

How to Get a Box at Fanatics Fest

Collectors attending Fanatics Fest can enter the EQL raffle for a chance to buy a box. The raffle is currently live, and the link is available through the Fanatics Fest website.

For collectors who are not attending the event, the secondary market may be the only route to the product once boxes begin circulating. With the release positioned as a show exclusive, supply is expected to be tight.

What Collectors Should Watch For Next

More checklist details are still expected, including additional signers and any further breakdown of the parallel structure. For now, the confirmed information gives collectors a clear picture of the format: a 50-player base set, two numbered parallels per box on average, one autograph per box on average, and a $600 price point.

As Fanatics Fest gets closer, this baseball debut of the Cactus Jack Chrome concept is shaping up to be one of the most closely watched event exclusives in the Topps lineup.
