Accounts And Eligibility

Marketplace, Offers, Messages, And Feedback

The marketplace helps members list cards or collectibles, contact one another, make offers, discuss trades or sales, add tracking details, and leave feedback after confirmed transactions.

• SCP is not a party to member-to-member transactions unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for item descriptions, prices, payment arrangements, shipping, insurance, taxes, authenticity, legality, and completing agreed transactions.
• You may not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, misleading, dangerous, or prohibited items.
• You may not manipulate feedback, create fake transactions, harass users, evade blocks, or misuse messaging.
• Mark sold, archive, or delete listings when they are no longer available, using the tools provided.

Use good judgment when dealing with other members. SCP does not guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.

Community, Reviews, Reports, And Profiles

Community posts, comments, reactions, reports, public profiles, reviews, card shop reviews, product reviews, saved content, and feedback are part of the public or member-facing experience.

• Post only content you have the right to share.
• Do not post threats, harassment, hate, spam, scams, doxxing, malware, explicit content involving minors, or unlawful content.
• You may report content or block users where those tools are available.
• Admins may remove, hide, edit, or restrict content or accounts that violate policies or create risk.

User Content And Uploads

You keep ownership of content you submit, upload, or post. By submitting content, you grant SCP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify for formatting or safety, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the site.

You represent that your content does not violate law, infringe another person's rights, contain malware, or breach these Terms. We may remove content at any time when we believe it violates these Terms or creates risk.

Prohibited Uses
