Team Set Checklists Break the Product Down by Franchise
Topps also provides team set checklists for collectors who want to track their favorite franchise within the release. The team pages organize the base cards, autographs, relics, and inserts by club, while noting that most parallels are not listed in the team breakdowns. Collectors are directed to the main checklist for parallel details and insertion rates.
The team checklist format makes it easier to follow each franchise's footprint in the product. For example, the Atlanta Hawks page includes Zaccharie Risacher, Jalen Johnson, Dyson Daniels, Asa Newell across multiple autograph and relic categories, while the Boston Celtics page includes Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Payton Pritchard, Baylor Scheierman, Amari Williams, Hugo González, Kevin Garnett, Larry Bird, Kristaps Porzingis, and Jayson Tatum appearances in several insert and autograph sets.
Other team pages follow the same structure, grouping base cards and hits by team across the full checklist. That includes rookie-heavy sections for clubs such as the Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Dallas Mavericks, Orlando Magic, San Antonio Spurs, Utah Jazz, and Washington Wizards, all of which have multiple rookie and autograph entries in the set.
Checklist Notes for Collectors
The checklist includes a large rookie class and a strong mix of current NBA stars and legends. Several of the most prominent names appear across multiple insert and autograph categories, which should make the product appealing to both player collectors and team collectors.
Topps notes that print runs for non-serial-numbered cards have not been announced. Collectors looking for a full breakdown can use the master checklist and the team set lists to track base cards, autographs, memorabilia, and inserts across the release.
With its fully licensed NBA status, premium design, and a checklist built around rookies, stars, and legends, 2025-26 Topps Inception Basketball arrives as one of the more detailed early-season basketball releases on the calendar.
