Product Overview

2025-26 Topps Signature Class Basketball is the NBA’s debut version of a blossoming brand within the Topps umbrella of products. Collectors have only seen Signature Class one other time — an unlicensed 2024 football release — but Topps has expanded the product, which includes both hobby and retail formats, across sporting lines to showcase the NBA’s best in this autograph-driven set. Collectors can expect two autographs per hobby and four in every jumbo box. The product starts off with a 150-card base set, which includes 50 rookies. All cards will have base and Chrome versions and parallels, though Nick Smith Jr. of the Charlotte Hornets and rookie Will Richard of the Golden State Warriors are shown as only having a Chrome card on the initial product checklist. Chrome Autographs kick off the signature content, adding an autograph to the base design, which features two photos and what round and pick each player was selected at during the NBA Draft. Also borrowing the base design are Crystal Clear autographs. Done on acetate, even the autograph can be seen from the back of the card. Draft status remains in focus in Legends Of Their Class, which takes a retrospective look at some of the leading draft picks throughout the years. Additional autograph concepts include Signature Blend, Shadow Scripts, Manuscripts, and Eternal Marks.
