2024 Panini Prizm Copa America Soccer sees one of the company’s biggest brands expand into a new area. Although it made its soccer debut a decade ago for the World Cup in Brazil and there have been other soccer sets since, this is the first Prizm Copa release.
The configuration is standard Prizm, though. Hobby boxes deliver one autograph. Collectors will find lots of color with a dozen total Prizms parallels. Of those, four come with serial numbers.
The base set has 200 cards covering the teams participating in the tournament. Players are shown in the country kits. Prizms take on a variety of not just colors but patterns as well. These include Hyper, Ice, Pink, Gold and Zebra.
Autographs come in a couple of themes such as Signatures and International Ink.
There are also Dual Signatures that have a pair of autographs.
In addition to a parallel, each hobby pack averages one insert. Contendientes á la Copa, Connections, New Era, Scorers Club and Team Badges are among the themes.
National Pride, the Downtown-esque National Landmarks and Manga are all case hits.
Color Wheel inserts and a CONMEBOL Copa America Logo card are truly scarce, falling approximately every tenth hobby case.
