2024 Panini Crusade Baseball draws its inspiration from one of the sport’s most sought after inserts of the late ’90s. Available in multiple retail configurations, each box type has some exclusive content in addition to the differing price points.
Eight-pack mega box deliver one autograph while premium boxes carry a dozen packs and have two autographs.
The base set has 200 cards. Collectors can expect the vast majority of cards to be either retired greats or up-and-coming prospects. Each card has several parallels including Blue, Teal and Platinum.
Chromium is the theme for the product’s inserts.
Among them are the namesake Crusades. These are separate from the Crusade base set. Mega boxes have eight of the inserts. Three are exclusive Cracked Ice versions: Blue Cracked Ice, Gold Cracked Ice (/10) and one-of-one Black Cracked Ice. Premium boxes adopt a Mojo pattern.
Other chase sets include Baseball Royalty, Juggernauts and Squires. For those chasing SSP inserts, there’s Knightcap.
