2026-27 Upper Deck Allure Hockey Brings Back the Color

2026-27 Upper Deck Allure Hockey continues the brand’s run as a color-heavy release built around parallels, autographs, and insert designs with a strong visual identity. Since debuting in 2019-20, Allure has become known for its rainbow chase, and this year’s edition keeps that formula in place with a mix of veteran stars, rookies, and short-printed inserts.

Hobby boxes again include eight packs, and collectors can expect a steady mix of rookies, parallels, and inserts in every box. The main box guarantee is one autograph or one Dubloons insert card, along with additional numbered or short-printed content.

2026-27 Upper Deck Allure Hockey Release Information

  • Packs per box: Hobby - 8; Blaster - 4
  • Boxes per case: Hobby - 18 (two 9-box inner cases); Blaster - 20

2026-27 Upper Deck Allure Hockey Base Set Breakdown

The base checklist features 150 cards. The first 100 cards are reserved for the league’s top veterans, while the final 50 cards spotlight rookies. Those rookie cards are expected to fall at an average of one per pack.

Allure’s base set remains one of the product’s biggest attractions because of the wide range of parallels spread across the checklist. The rainbow runs from common color variations to low-numbered Spectrum cards and one-of-one Golden Treasures versions.

Base Parallels

  • Black Rainbow - 1:3 hobby packs for veterans, 1:6 for rookies
  • Glitter Bomb - Blaster exclusive, 1:3 for veterans and 1:6 for rookies
  • Red Rainbow - 1:5 for veterans, 1:10 for rookies
  • Orange Rainbow - 1:12 for veterans, 1:24 for rookies

  • Purple Spectrum /10
  • Golden Treasures 1/1

The base set also includes autographed versions of select cards, with multiple color variations and several low-numbered parallels available for collectors chasing premium hits.

2026-27 Upper Deck Allure Hockey Autographs

Autographs remain one of the key chase elements in Allure Hockey. Select base cards feature signed versions, and the autograph checklist includes both veteran and rookie subjects with a range of parallels.

Base Autograph Parallels

  • Red Rainbow - 1:40 for veterans, 1:32 for rookies
  • Green Spectrum /99 - rookies only
  • White Spectrum /50
  • Foliage /35
  • Tile /25
  • Purple Spectrum /10
  • Golden Treasures 1/1

Collectors can also look for Color Flow Full Rainbow Autographs, which return as an additional autograph chase and are listed at 1:42.

2026-27 Upper Deck Allure Hockey Inserts

Upper Deck Allure Hockey once again leans into inserts that mix action photography, themed design, and low-print parallels. Several insert sets are part of the regular box break, while others are short-printed chase cards that will be much harder to land.

Attack Mode, Shut The Door, and Hue's Next

Attack Mode puts forwards in the spotlight and falls at 1:5 packs. Shut The Door features goalies and arrives at 1:7 packs. Hue's Next, which is limited to rookies and second-year stars, also lands at 1:7 packs.

These three inserts combine to deliver four insert cards per hobby box, and each set includes the same parallel structure.

  • Purple Spectrum /125
  • Orange Spectrum /25
  • Golden Treasures 1/1

Color Flow Returns With a New Look

One of Allure’s most recognizable insert concepts is back in 2026-27. Color Flow returns with a snowy mountain scene in the background, and each card in the sequence uses a different action photo this year.

Each player has five cards that connect side by side to form a rainbow display. The five color variants are Red-Orange, Orange-Yellow, Yellow-Green, Green-Blue, and Blue-Purple, and each version carries the same pack odds of 1:5.

Color Flow also includes Spectrum parallels and a one-of-one Golden Treasures card for each player.

Color Flow Spectrum Parallels

  • Red-Orange /299
  • Orange-Yellow /199
  • Yellow-Green /99
  • Green-Blue /50
  • Blue-Purple /25
  • Golden Treasures 1/1

Short-Printed Inserts

Allure’s short-printed insert lineup continues with several familiar chase themes and two newer additions. Doubloons returns at 1:72 packs, while 16-Bit is listed at 1:960 packs.

New for 2026-27 is Hypnosis, which debuts at 1:1,152 packs. Impressions also returns after its debut last year, and it is the toughest insert pull in the product at 1:1,440 packs.

  • Doubloons - 1:72
  • 16-Bit - 1:960
  • Hypnosis - 1:1,152
  • Impressions - 1:1,440

What to Expect in a Hobby Box

The hobby format is built to provide a balanced mix of hits, rookies, and colorful parallels. Upper Deck’s stated hobby box expectations include one autograph or Dubloons card, plus multiple numbered cards and insert hits.

  • Autographs or Doubloons - 1 total
  • Serial-numbered or short print cards - 2 total
  • Color Flow inserts - 8
  • Attack Mode, Hue's Next, or Shut The Door inserts - 4 total
  • Black Rainbow, Red Rainbow, or Orange Rainbow parallels - 8 total
  • Rookies - 8 total
  • Additional base rookie or parallel - 1 total

That structure keeps the product focused on rainbow chasing while still offering a broad range of rookies and insert themes in each box.

What to Expect in a Blaster Box

Blaster boxes offer a lighter configuration, but they still include some of the product’s most recognizable elements. The exclusive Glitter Bomb parallel is part of the blaster format, along with rookie cards.

  • Rookies - 2
  • Glitter Bomb parallels - 1
