I love alt art and borderless designs in my Magic cards. IMO though, some of this art looks like a retro downgrade to the simplified arts style of the 80’s.
I am still skeptical of the hype. Yes, he had monster numbers. But in the French league. That is equivalent to the D league here. Even after his pro debut game here in the states, he admitted that he didn’t know what he was doing.
I do not know about rarity or collation in Pokémon. Someone got this as a gift for relative though, and does not care about the grade. The grade is very fair as there is a lot of edge chipping on the card back.
My son in law is a huge fan. He is even sending in some cards from the TCG to get graded. I like some anime. Usually storer runs or seasonal stuff. Like Netflix’s castlevania, Ragnarock, and of course Demon Slayer.

IMO, too much hype (pump and dump?). Also curious how the intellectual property copyright lawsuit against the company (from Upper Deck I think) will play out.
