What does Luka need?

Does he need a better supporting cast or does he need to play better defense? Do the Mavs still have a chance after blowing that monster lead last night??????

There is a proven track record of NBA teams going with a 'big 3.' IF they can find a coach to sucessfully manage potentially 3 egos. I admit, I do not follow the NBA near as much as I do MLB, but in my opinion, it appears that there are bigger egos or at least more players in it for themselves than for teh team compared to a lot of MLB teams and clubs

I am not sure how much cap space they have, but a Kyrie Irving type point guard wouldn't be that bad!
