Fanatics Collectibles, in collaboration with Fanatics Live, has recently unveiled 'The Ten', a novel program designed to spotlight the market's top 10 sports cards and reward collectors who discover them during card breaks on the Fanatics Live platform. This initiative, which began on Wednesday, aims to create a buzz in the collecting community by featuring a monthly rotating list of 10 highly sought-after sports cards, reminiscent of the "Billboard Hot 100" or the FBI's "Most Wanted" list.

Participants who successfully pull any of these coveted cards from the Fanatics Live app will receive a substantial reward of $10,000 in Fanatics Live credit. The first edition of 'The Ten' includes notable cards such as the 2023-24 Bowman Chrome University dual-auto card of Bronny James and LeBron James, and the yet-to-be-discovered 2023 Bowman Chrome Baseball Draft Tom Brady inscribed card.

The program's inaugural lineup showcases a diverse array of sports legends and rising stars, including Tom Brady, Steph Curry, MLB players Corbin Carroll and Anthony Volpe, and NBA talents Luka Doncic and Chet Holmgren. These cards span across various brands like Panini, Upper Deck, Topps, and Bowman, ensuring a well-rounded collection each month.

James Kollar, Fanatics Live's senior director of marketing, highlighted the program's aim to enrich the collector's experience and contribute positively to the hobby. By involving Fanatics Live participants and the wider collecting community in the selection process, 'The Ten' seeks to foster discussion and engagement around the hobby.

This initiative not only celebrates the thrill of discovering rare cards but also revitalizes interest in existing products with remaining chase cards. It enables dealers and collectors to focus on these sought-after items, adding excitement to the collecting process.

Fanatics Live is set to feature special shows and content centered around 'The Ten', including pack and box breaks and celebrations of significant finds. Additionally, a dedicated webpage will track the featured cards and their finders, adding a storytelling dimension to the program.

'The Ten' also plans to incorporate guest athletes and possibly offer other prizes and rewards, focusing on the stories behind the collectors and their findings. Since its debut, Fanatics Live has shown significant growth and engagement, becoming a key platform for collectors and enthusiasts.

Kollar expressed excitement about the potential impact of 'The Ten' on both the Fanatics brand and the collecting community, anticipating a positive reception from collectors and enthusiasts alike.
